Notes: Annual Passes are valid January 1st thru the end of October (last day to ride before hunting season) of the current year (year pass is purchased).

Note: Annual Passes exclude night riding - contact FRR for inquires. Annual Passes do not apply to RV hookups during events. Annual Passes may be applied to RV hookups for $5 per night during regular (non-event) nights. Camping allowed for 7 consectutive nights per 30 day period.

You have entered the property once you pass through the first gate by the Flat Rock Ranch sign.

Helmet must be worn at all times while on bike, including in parking area or riding to the porta potty.

Dogs are not allowed at Flat Rock Ranch.

This is a MOUNTAIN BIKING ranch, which makes an exception for Trail Running, but does not allow Hiking.
